A Culinary Capers Wedding Story – Kyla + Anthony

A heritage Vancouver mansion was the setting for the creative duo of Kyla and Anthony. A dramatic 100-seat al fresco tablescape featured delicate wild floral and chic organic linen for their spirited family style feast.

The Mediterranean inspired menu featured our west coast’s freshest summer ingredients and celebrated the groom’s Italian roots with items such as risotto croquettes, antipasto platters and housemade gnocchi in a fresh tomato sauce.

After dinner wedding guests progressed inside to the ballroom for dessert and dancing. Their delightful petite dessert buffet included a non-traditional French almond macaron ‘wedding cake’, petite dolce de leche cheesecakes and vanilla bean crème brûlée topped with macerated Okanagan strawberries.
