Our standard BBQ package for all three menus includes the following side dishes:

Classic Caesar salad with house-made herbed croutons  
   Mediterranean pasta salad - tomatoes, cucumber, peppers and olives tossed with penne 
   Potato salad with corn, sour cream and aged BC cheddar
   Country rolls or Western BBQ buns
   Double chocolate cookies
   Pineapple carrot cake squares

Price includes barbecue, buffet set up and service staff.
Service staff is based on a 5 hour shift (which includes travel time).

Only $29.95 per person*

*Price based on parties larger than 100 guests.
            For 50-100 guests, add $7.50 per person.
Taxes and gratuities are not included in the quoted prices.
BBQ package is not available for under 50 guests.

We will be happy to handle your beer, wine and liquor selections for market price plus a 20% service charge.
