Dine Out Vancouver 2012 – The Chef’s Table at Culinary Capers Catering

For the second year in a row, Culinary Capers will be participating in Tourism Vancouver’s hugely popular seasonal promotion Dine Out Vancouver.

Join our acclaimed Executive Chef Margaret Chisholm (pictured), 2011 International Caterers Association’s Chef of the Year, for dinner in our commercial kitchen at Culinary Capers Catering and Special Events.  Chef Margaret’s bountiful feast will be prepared by her brigade as you watch from communal dining tables set up in the middle of the kitchen.  Our commissary kitchen is centrally located close to Granville Island and the date is Saturday, January 21st.

A cocktail reception will be followed by a five-course seated dinner featuring the best of British Columbia by showcasing products from BC’s celebrated food artisans. Dinner courses will be paired with BC VQA wines from Laughing Stock Vineyards on the famous Naramata Bench in the Okanagan.
