Operations Coordinator
You have one years experience in catering, operations
or comparable experience. Reporting to the Operations and Event
Operations Managers you will be working within our Operations Department
and will be responsible for a wide array of operation functions.
A valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and the ability
to lift up to 50 lbs are a must! You are flexible in regards to
working hours and understand that weekends will be required.
Your key attributes are your enthusiasm and your
ability to multi-task and prioritize. This is an exciting, fast
paced, challenging work environment that requires someone who is
professional, self-motivated, and detail oriented. Your superior
verbal and written communications skills will allow you to establish
and maintain effective working relationships with clients and staff.
You are a team player than can also work on an independent basis.
Primary
responsibilities include:
- accurate compiling and checking of delivery, pick-up and event
orders;
- coordinating food schedule times with the Driver Dispatcher,
Chefs and Event Planners;
- ordering and storage of all in-house paper supplies;
- producing and checking pack ups for all delivery, events, pick-up
and next day orders;
- quality control of food and packaging;
- organizing and maintaining receiving, loading, and operation
environments.

In addition, you will work with our clients and event planners
to answer questions about their orders—a vital part of the role is providing
outstanding customer service.
