EVENTSAfrican Themed Summer Barbecue An annual corporate summer get-together for 150 guests that exuded a relaxed informal west coast vibe combined with a menu inspired by the flavours of Africa. Interactive food stations showcased an African braai (barbecue) that included a whole roasted pig on a spit. The menu was influenced with the best of British Columbia’s regional and sustainable summer ingredients that were prepared, cooked and plated in front of guests.
