Reporting to Corporate Sales Team Leader with the supervision of Director of Sales and Marketing, the Administrative Sales Specialist is the first point of contact for guests and customers.

The Administrative Sales Specialist ensures guests are welcomed and directed in a friendly manner and expected to deliver on the Culinary Capers brand promise of a fun and memorable experience for guests, through exquisite food and exceptional service.

Assisting customers with corporate sales orders in a professional and efficient manner as required, The Administrative Sales Specialist is also accountable for efficiently managing the inventory of the office supplies.

You have:

  • 1-2 years experience working in a team administrative role within the hospitality industry.
  • Post-secondary education diploma and/or certificate in hospitality preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Word.
  • Ambitious individual looking to develop their event planning career in the hospitality industry.
