The Corporate Sales Team Leader is responsible and accountable for all Corporate Sales department activities, and assumes responsibility for the success of the department as necessary. The Corporate Sales Team Leader ensures the corporate sales department is highly engaged to deliver on the Culinary Caper brand promise of a fun and memorable experience for guests, through exquisite food and exceptional service.
The Corporate Sales Team Leader executes strategic plans and ensures operational targets are consistently communicated across the department. The Corporate Sales Team Leader also ensures the department has the resources, systems, support, and knowledge to achieve the goals and sales targets.
- 1-2 years of experience in a team lead role with preference in sales and/or hospitality industry.
- Post-secondary education diploma and/or certificate in hospitality preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Word.
- Result driven individual who has a keen interest in developing a career in the hospitality industry.
