Working with the executive team, the Director of Operations plays a critical role, contributing both to the day to day management of operations and the strategic development of Culinary Capers Catering and Special Events. The Director of Operations provides leadership and direction to multiple operational departments while overseeing and developing the company’s ability to deliver on its brand promises.
The Director of Operations places heavy emphasis on the implementation of industry-leading quality assurance and management frameworks across Culinary Capers to ensure that priorities are clear, coordination is productive, and objectives are met.
- Relevant experience in managing operations within a medium to large organization.
- Managerial and strategic experience in succession planning and development of division supervisors and staff to ensure department efficiency.
- Successful track record/experience in implementing new initiatives and leading edge operations program.
- An individual who wants to make their mark on a best in class organization with a passion for service industry and an interest in developing organizations.
