The Stewarding Team Lead is responsible for completing janitorial and dish washing duties and supporting Stewarding and Facilities Supervisor in ensuring the janitor and dishwasher teams delivers on the Culinary Caper brand promise of a fun and memorable experience for guests, through exquisite food and exceptional service.
The Stewarding Team Lead is the direct line of communication to Stewarding and Facilities Supervisor and in the absence of Stewarding and Facilities Supervisor, ensures janitorial and dish washing tasks are completed per company procedures. The Stewarding Team Lead also ensures janitor and dishwasher teams have the training and knowledge to complete tasks given by Stewarding and Facilities Supervisor.
- Janitorial and dish washing experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible evening and weekend hours (3pm-11am).
- Strong integrity to work independently and get things done.
- Physical ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
