Under the supervision of the Pastry Sous Chef, the Chef de Partie is responsible to manage a team in the pastry department with the assistance of other pastry staff. They lead teams and ensure that pastries are prepared and baked according to company standards. In the absence of the Pastry Sous Chef, the Chef de Partie is responsible for supporting and managing the pastry team.
By ensuring standardization of recipes and pastry presentation for corporate and catered events, the Chef de Partie delivers a memorable dining experience for guests.
- Pastry diploma from a recognized French pastry program
- 3-4 years pastry chef experience
- Flexible schedule (will be required to work evenings and weekends)
