The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for supporting the HR department in administration and implementation of company HR initiatives. The Human Resources Assistant assists the HR department through alleviating HR Generalist’s logistical and administrative tasks, allowing HR Generalist to focus on designing HR programs and initiatives.
The Human Resources Assistant is first point of contact for employees and works hand in hand with HR team and internal departments to build and drive a productive and engaged workforce to delivery on Culinary Capers brand promise to deliver a memorable experience for guests.
- Relevant administrative or accounting experience in a small organization
- Completion of payroll and human resources management course and understanding of BC Employment Standards Act is preferred
- Successful track record/experience in driving new initiatives and programs
- Individual who want to jump start their career and make their mark in human resources
