Vintners Brunch 2011

On Sunday, April 3rd at the Vancouver Convention Centre Culinary Capers along with 16 of the city’s top restaurants participated in one of Vancouver’s great spring traditions – the 23rd Annual Vintners Brunch.   Over 500 people attended this sold-out food and wine pairing event that celebrates a new season of bounty, freshness and creative ideas.

Our kitchen team,  lead by Chef de Cuisine Jonathan Chovancek, paired  yuzu glazed sea scallop with grilled kombu, kaffir  lime dashi and barbecued pineapple gelée with NK’Mip Cellars Riesling 2009.
