A Wedding Story – Tuscan al Fresco Wedding Anniversary

Taking inspiration from the Tuscan countryside, an elegantly rustic look was produced for the celebration.

The outdoor dining area was illuminated with the warm glow of candlelight from hundred of votive candles - on the tables, throughout the garden, suspended from tree branches and floating in the pool.

Italian inspirations and the current culinary trend of local and seasonal ingredients combined to produce a sophisticated menu for the tenth anniversary of a cultured urban couple.

The interactive dinner began with guests being served a seated first course, followed by an entrée course where everyone was encouraged to enjoy socializing with fellow guests and chefs who prepared and offered gourmet creations at three distinctive food stations.

A final flourish was a plated trio of summer desserts presented by service staff.
