In Vancouver, we are definitely seeing a decline in traditional plated dinner style events, and chef – attended food stations are a much more modern and chic update on buffet dining.

The stations themselves offer creative twists on global cuisine, street food, urban foodie culture, and the best of local and seasonal ingredients.

And for the foodies on your guest list? Food stations offer something for everyone, and guests get to try multiple small plates. At each station, guests are entertained, they learn about cooking techniques, and ingredients, and get recommendations on plate customization from our chefs.

Seafood Boil

The perfect West Coast touch to an outdoor event, especially one with coastal charm. Featuring a bounty of seafood from British Columbia’s waters.

Market Salad Station

We can’t think of a better complement than adding vibrant veggies, organic greens and luxe proteins like poached lobster and pork for guests to choose from. We source the vegetables and greens from local suppliers like Sole Food Farms, and Glorious Organics.

Peking Duck Station

The Peking Duck Station features mouth watering BBQ duck, hoisin, green onion pancake, crispy noodles and served in the cutest mini bamboo baskets.

Poutine Station

Our poutine station is perfect as a late – night grazing station. The poutine station is customizable – clients can opt for a tater tot station or  French Fry poutine station. Both come loaded with traditional cheesecurds and house made gravy and can be customized to include fun toppings like bacon, short rib, mushrooms etc.

House Made Ice Cream Cart

It’s a known fact that Vancouverites eat ice cream all year round. With flavours like Fromage Frais, Rhubarb Ginger, and Vietnamese Coffee, our house made ice cream cart is a real crowd pleaser.
