How do you take a traditional dessert and put a fresh spin on it? For our spring summer menu Culinary Capers’ Pastry Chef Kim Collishaw created four new delightful almond macarons and petite cupcakes with an intoxicating twist.
The cocktail cupcake with a pipette was conceived by our catering friends at Inspired Occasions in Kansas City. Kim took this innovative concept further and developed our almond macaron pipette desserts. Their unique flavour combinations were inspired from delicious cocktails that could translate into a sweet treat with a spirited pipette pairing.

Blueberry Tea | Earl Grey macaron, blueberry buttercream, amaretto and Earl Grey pipette
Piña Colada | coconut macaron, pineapple buttercream, coconut and rum pipette
Strawberry Daiquiri | lime macaron, strawberry buttercream, strawberry and rum pipette
Chocolate Martini | chocolate cupcake, white chocolate and crème de cacao buttercream, crème de cacao pipette
Piña Colada | vanilla cupcake, pineapple coconut buttercream, coconut and rum pipette
Strawberry Daiquiri | vanilla cupcake, strawberry lime buttercream, strawberry and rum pipette
